Altra domanda: il Mobil 1 5w50 peak life che usavo per i track day con mia soddisfazione non viene più prodotto, oggi Mobil propone Mobil 1™ FS X1 5W-50 e Mobil 1™ FS x2 5W-50.
Dalle specifiche pare che il secondo (X2) sia quello più indicato, Voi cosa ne pensate? Qualcuno ha esperienze dirette?

Non è più sintetico ma a base sintetica.
Vai sul Pakelo 5W-50 o 10W-60

The Mobil 1 range of motor oils are described as Full Synthetic because they are modified in the laboratory. Usually they are just hydrocracked mineral oils. They are sometimes nearly 100% synthetic, but when there is some mineral oil inclusion as a carrier oil, this causes them to be only Full Synthetic. The 100% synthetic label is given to oils that are predominantly PAOs, but Mobil has split the range into various high PAO oils and low PAO oils. PAOs have the ability to unwind the molecule at high temperatures thus causing greater viscosity by entangling other molecules. The differences in the Mobil oil range is determined by the intended use of the oil, so various additives are included. ie diesel, cold weather, racing and so on. You have to consult the composition formula to know for sure, but the Mobil website explains what each type of oil is best used for.

... forse è il caso di dire piuttosto "quelle che ti fanno credere" 
Se scrivono "completamente" sarebbe lecito crederlo ... ma oggi probabilmente le dinamiche commerciali portano a "spingere" sui termini al punto di non farti capire.
Grazie per le indicazioni, lo prendo lo stesso (X2), ha l'approvazione "Porsche A40" e valori di viscosità prossimi a quello che utilizzavo in precedenza
